Inspection before powering on the CNC system of turning and milling composite machine tools

1. Check whether each printed circuit board in the CNC device is tight and whether each plug is loose.

2. Carefully check whether all connecting cables between the CNC device and the outside world are correctly and reliably connected according to the provisions of the connection manual provided with the machine.

3. Whether the connection of AC input power meets the requirements specified by the CNC device.

4. Confirm whether the various hardware settings in the CNC device meet the requirements of the CNC device.

Only after the above inspections can the CNC device be put into energized operation.

Inspection of the CNC system of turning and milling composite machine tools after power on

1. First, check whether each fan in the CNC device is operating normally.

2. Confirm whether the DC power supply on each printed circuit or module is normal and within the allowed fluctuation range.

3. Further confirm various parameters of the CNC device.

4. When the CNC device and the turning-milling compound machine tool are powered on, the power should be turned on at the same time as preparation for pressing the emergency stop button to cut off the power at any time in the event of an emergency.

5. Move each axis manually at low speed and observe whether the display of the machine tool's movement direction is correct.

6. Perform the action of returning to the machine tool's reference point several times to check whether the CNC machine tool has the function of returning to the reference point and whether the position of the reference point returned each time is completely consistent.

7. Functional test of CNC device.
