Servo power: The AC servo spindle motor and digital driver are used to enable the spindle to achieve arbitrary positioning on the circumference and C-axis control functions.
Accurate transmission: The main motor and the spindle are connected with synchronous belts and synchronous pulleys to achieve accurate transmission ratio requirements and realize accurate and arbitrary spindle rotation and positioning.
Brake device: A brake disc is installed at the rear end of the spindle, and there are one or two oil cylinders or cylinder brakes after positioning to achieve drilling, milling, tapping and other processing requirements on the circumference and end surface of the workpiece.
Large X-axis stroke and space: The X-axis stroke is large, the slide is long, and it has a T-slot, which can realize the mixed installation of power head, power tool rack, tool row, electric tool holder, and hydraulic turret; the X-axis stroke is large, the surrounding space is large, and the interference between the workpiece and the props is effectively avoided, and the installation and adjustment are convenient.
Central screw, accurate guidance: The screw is centrally placed, and double linear rails or double triangular rails are used for guiding support. No matter radial, axial or offset force is applied, no deflection occurs, and the guidance is good. It can achieve higher processing accuracy.
In low-speed and high-cutting force occasions, mechanical power head, variable frequency motor or servo motor drive is adopted; at high speed, electric spindle, medium frequency device or AC servo driver is adopted to drive, which can realize drilling, milling, grinding, tapping, chamfering and other processing.
Power turret: The axial or radial power head can be installed on the power turret at will, which can conveniently realize compound processing, which is simple and clear and saves space.
Y-axis power: When more power heads are needed and in order to avoid interference, Y-axis power head can be used; usually three power heads in the axial and radial directions are converted by the Y-axis lifting; used in conjunction with the hydraulic turret, more complex compound work can be completed.
